Latest Carrico Leather rig - Indian War Era

I’ve been waiting on this one a fair bit so imagine my excitement on returning home from field work in Wyoming to find this handsome get up waiting on me!  It’s what I’d have worn had I been a round back then I imagine. Rock Island Arsenal stamped half-flap holster and a “Fairweather Christian” canvas and leather belt with full 50 cal loops for my 1876 50-95. The cap pouch was made in Livingston, Montana by Reid Flatten, owner of Word of Mouth Leather. It’s sheepskin lined and holds about 18 rounds of 45 Colt if I pack them in there. The McKeever box I got from @Tex Jones SASS # 2263 and gives me another 16 rounds for the rifle (+35 on the belt).  Plenty of big medicine up here in the Big Sky country. Happy 4th :FlagAm: everyone!
