Blackwater 53393
Good old Winchester ‘97. This was my son, Hatfield’s match gun. 18 1/2” barrel, lightened action, big front bead, action work by cowboy gunsmith Willy McCoy. The magazine tube has been pinned, so this is a “single load only” gun. I’ll have this shotgun at The Black Gold Shootout if it doesn’t find a home before then. $575.00 face to face. $600.00 shipped to your FFL Cash or Postal Money Order
Splitthumb
Can the pin be removed , and the magazine tube becomes usable again ??

You’d need to replace the magazine tube and install a new set screw. There weren’t any tubes available and we were in the middle of a big match when it failed. My son shot it competitively for a few more years and we just never saw the need to change it.
