What is it called?

See that plastic dingus the soap is sitting on?

 

 

Maybe a dozen years ago I bought a 4-pack of them at the dollar store. For the last few years I've been looking for more, but haven't seen any.

 

Decided to do a search, but can't think of what to call it.

That's the main reason I use dial. It's got that lovely indentation at the top of it, that appears to be just made for the "almost gone" bar.
