I have a problem

Not lack of shade obviously. Got plenty of that. But I discovered I had an absolutely perfectly ripe avocado. It was to perfect to wait even one more day. Maybe not even till 10 pm!

So I made some perfect guacamole. Obviously it’s not Taco Tuesday so I decided it’s Mexican Monday.
My problem is I can’t decide on chicken or beef! And dinner time is rapidly approaching at El Rancho de Polvo.

You know you can have chicken AND beef.  If course with the prices of everything these days maybe you should go out on the highway and scavenge some road kill.

El Charro Bob.

From Wikipedia:

Charro has several meanings, but it generally refers to Mexican horse riders, who maintain traditional dress, such as some form of sombrero, which in Mexican Spanish are called sombrero de charro (a charro's hat). The charros could also be thought of as old Mexican cowboys who dress like such, although more modern dress is now seen on those who still work the ranches (rancheros).
