Its blued/case hardened finish with 30" barrel would rate 99%. It has a tang mounted peep sight, dovetailed blade front sight and adjustable semi buckhorn rear sight. The smooth walnut stocks have cart or safe dings, including a 1/2" square compression on left side forearm at receiver. Receiver case colors are very good. Action is very smooth, bore is excellent/bright. Rifle has not seen a lot of use. Action has little to no carbon residue. Near Excellent, other than minor stock dings. Comes with 22 smokeless reloads and 28 spent cases (shipped separately on me). $1275 SHIPPED.
