Yeah, like that works. I been trying to lose my belly for ten years. Went from 293 to 205 in just over two years, but that big old porch is still hanging out over my boots. I did lose some muscle mass in the transition to Old Guy, but have no gut - 32-33 jeans depending on the cut. It is a question of habit and getting used to less food.
