Sizing a bullet for a Shiloh Sharps?

I have a Shiloh Sharps in .45-70 and have cast a batch of Lyman Postell 535-grain bullets. Kirk from SS says the bore is .450x.458. So I think I need to size the bullets for .459. Am I thinking right?

Yes. That's what I am using. Thanks.

I just checked one of my bullets. Using a Lee hardness tester I get a Brinell of 8+/-. I used 1 pound of tin to 19 pounds of soft lead.

Cholla, are you thinking about using those for real long range? Try them out up here at the Quigley match.

Not yet. Prepping for Bordertown which is about 350 yards.
