Help Identify Powder Measure

My wife found this at an estate sale and it needs a stand and a hopper.  I have no idea what brand it is, but guessing an early Lyman?  No marking I can find on any of the drums or body.

Anyone know the brand and if there are parts to be had?

I am not sure of the manufacturer but I can tell you that the little piece of iron hanging down from the body of the powder throw is designed to tap the unit as it cycles to make sure that all the powder dropped out of the device and into the casing.

Reading some old forums there were several people modifying Ideal / Lyman 55s to use different rotators.  One of the most popular was known as a Culver conversion.
