Hoss
I sold a couple of pistols I don’t shoot, want to get a 44 mag rifle. Mostly just to have, maybe an occasional LR pistol caliber side match. (Or possibly WB if I ever totally lose my mind!) My choices are a Win 92 or a Marlin. I don’t have a Win 92 so it seems I have a hole in my cowboy collection, but Marlins are well…..Marlins! Any suggestions or safe queens you want to talk about?

Three Foot Johnson
I have a very low round count (Maybe a couple hundred, and that's stretching it) .44 mag Rossi '92 , 20" round barrel, blue, lever wrap, spring kit installed, safety removed & hole plugged. Could pass for new, with one teeny tiny flaw in the wood where the stock meets the action on the left side. $800, shipped/insured, from my FFL to yours. I'll post some pictures here in a few minutes. Pictures - sorry for the fingerprints, but it's getting dark and I was rushing to get a few pics while I still could.

Rex M Rugers #6621
Hoss , don't overlook the Browning 92. I have owned a couple in the past and they were very smooth. That Marlin of Doc Fill Em's almost brings a tear to my eye. WOW , just WOW. Rex

T.K.
I had a Marlin in .44 Mag many moons ago I got rid of it because of the "micro groove" rifling it was very finicky about what kind of bullets it would fire with any kind of accuracy. It was very well made and quality through out. I now own 2 Browning 92's they are very well made, smooth, accurate and swallow anything I feed them!!! Good luck Pards! It is discontinued and if you can find a used one, buy it! It is a handy little rifle. I bought it to go with my S&W629. Not SASS legal
