Snakebite
Hey Wild One. He was a Gentleman, and from an age when manners and decorum mattered. Every day another piece of our past slips away. The older we get the more it accelerates. At this point more of my early Cowboy friends are gone than are still around. "Hanging in there" and "Rising to the Occasion" becomes harder each year, but it's a part of the process so we do it. Many of us are living on Borrowed time. My doctors gave me 5 yrs, that was 15 yrs ago! We never know when it will happen.... my advice is to just be ready all the time. The season that drives that point home is just around the corner.
