Widder, SASS #59054 Posted April 6, 2022 Share Posted April 6, 2022 I'm not discounting the validity of this recall notice, but a lot of firearms are capable of firing when the hammer is partially cocked and released. The hammer will hit the firing pin with less than normal force and..... POW! Unless the firearms are built with a disconnect, the hammer smacking the firing pin, even under minor pressures, can make the firearm discharge. ..........Widder Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
