I have a big Ribeye ready to grill outside.  The wind is gusting to 25. Hope I don’t burn the porch down. I just put a tater in the oven so I’m committed now. :blink:

Just give yourself more time to complete the steak. Wind sucks…blows, when grilling. I usually close the top vent nearly all the way and the lower vent I close half way. Mostly to keep ashes off the meat.
