Farr Ranger
Hello Cowboys and Cowgirls! It's time for another Whoopin' in the Hill Country near Blanco, Texas, near Austin. Attached is the registration form and flyer for Whoopin' 2022. Because of conflict with EOT, Whoopin' will be on May 20-22, instead of October. Edward R S Canby, SASS#59971
Come early and shoot the long-range side matches. The club has a good long-range setup built into the side of a hill.
Hoss
Canby is correct on the Long Range. It’s excellent. Shoot relatively flat out to 200 yds, then start climbing the hill to shoot gong, Bear , Buffalo. I think the Buffalo is about 450 yds, and 200’ elevation. For scale, one can see a truck in front of the bear, and 6’5 Rusty Shackleford in front of the Buffalo.
