My wife loves feeding local birds, of all kinds.  The Hummingbird is her favorite.  I have joked about replacing the nectar in the feeders with Mountain Dew. just to see how fast they can really fly       GW

after having one do that dance in front of my face a couple years ago i agree those are fantastic photos , you cannot put in words what one looks like a few inches  from your face , but those photos do it justice
