SASS wants YOUR opinion....

Recommended Posts

Just received the latest SASS Member Bulletin, which includes a link to a "satisfaction survey."

I'd encourage all to participate.  I'd also encourage those of us who do to be civil, supportive where possible, and realistic with suggestions.

That is all!   :)

I thought they "lit out" from NM....

Unless you're referring to EOT moving from california after the '04 match....

I completed the survey and nothing happens at the end when it says send survey . Maybe I’ll try it on my computer instead of my phone?

Okay..

I went back and retook the survey.

Again it did not submit.

I scrolled up and saw where one question was skipped...saw required question.

Also the way you want contacted...I only tapped 1...it is asking prefrence on all questions by choice, 1,2 or 3...

After correcting this, the survey was submitted.

Hope that helps.

Same thing happened to me. It finally accepted my survey.

The member bulletin goes to your email address.  Call SASS and give them your email address.  Don't know if this will work but I will try to copy it.

SASS MEMBER EXCLUSIVE 25% SAVINGS!

SASS is proud to present a partnership with ID Theft Assist - with an exclusive discount just for SASS Members!

Why ID Theft Assist?
Here is fun analogy to consider. Many of us have AAA, right? Well... imagine if you had a tire blowout and called AAA for help. Would you want AAA to drive by and throw a tire, jack, and how-to manual out the window to you or- would you rather they stop and change the tire for you? That is exactly how many ID theft protection companies work- YOU have to do all the work. Not with ID Theft Assist! This program offers unrivaled full-service protection in the event your information is compromised. What is this "member bulletin" you speak of? I've been a member since '99 and I've never heard of one.

Cowboy Chronicle, yes, but member bulletin?

You might check your spam folder as well.

These have been sent out for 3 years???

Did the survey.  Suggested an installment plan for life membership similar to the one NRA did a couple of years ago, a senior discount to help folks on a fixed income, and opening up WB to other period correct handguns.

As I explained in the comments, I carry a double stack 1911 that holds 14 rounds!

I can see myself in a dire situation somewhere, firing five or seven rounds and dumping a magazine with as many as nine rounds left in it!!

You do what you practice in a stressful situation!  Practicing for WB with a 1911 just doesn’t work for me, but a broomhandle Mauser or a P08 Luger would be attractive to me and many others I’ve talked to.

What would impress me is if the results were consolidated and the top 5 likes and top 5 dislikes were published.

I could go for that!!!
