Cat's First Christmas

Recommended Posts

They just LOVE Christmas ~ it's their first.  There are at least two more of the boogers burrowed under there waiting for Santa...  :(

Wot a mess.  The artificial tree is a total loss.

Surprisingly, though, not a single broken ornament!  :)

You're lucky there isn't glass all over the house.  We purchased fabric ornaments for exactly that reason.  We would come home from work to shattered glass everywhere.  They would knock the ornaments off the tree, then chase them about the house until they hit a solid object and shatter.

Enjoy them while they're little.  They will be adults too soon.

We have 5 cats.  Four of them are well behaved, but our orange tabby loved to knock everything off the tree.  The last straw is when the cat took the whole tree down years ago - we haven't put up Christmas decorations since.

Emergency Backup Tree, Mark I Mod II installed.

Presently undergoing cat-scan and entertainment quotient examination.  Small white chicken ornament in motion.  Appears to pass inspection.

Surprised that didn’t end like it did for the cat in Christmas Vacation!

I tried really hard to post the picture....Just met my great grandcat.  We were getting along great until I caught him snagging an ornament off the tree BabyGirl puts in "my" room.  My ornaments are NOT negotiable territory.
