I found a few of the skits funny, like the guys painting a white line in the mud to get to the russian women prisoners or the guy whose wife tells him she found a baby on her doorstep and the way he kept trying to convince himself. I don’t have any recollection of those scenes. But then, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen it. I remember a movie about the bleakness of a WWII POW camp.
