More proof that Democrats have merde for brains.
There is no mention of abortion in the Constitution, therefore this is a States' Rights issue by definition.
The worst SCOTUS can do, is remand abortion back to States Rights ("we the people") who will decide how it is handled.

The 2A is indeed mentioned in the Constitution, and is therefore under the direct purview of the SCOTUS.
Not the Blue states.
Not the Democrats.
