They believe anything they do to take precautions of any kind are insulting to Allah because if he wants something to happen, it will happen. Or vice versa. That's the same reason we could never get them to aim their weapons when fighting. They just haphazardly shoot in the vague direction of their enemy -- because if Allah wants the bullet to hit, it will hit, and aiming is an insult to him.
