Years ago, I was visiting some friends in Bloomsburg, PA, and they took me to a event called the Bloomin' Follies, which was a variety show put on by the local people as a fundraiser for the hospital. As part of the show, they had two guys doing "Who's on First" and they were great. I got to talk with them after the show and told them how good they were. And they told me the hardest thing about doing "Who's on First" in public was keeping from busting up while they were doing it!

It’s like re-watching old Tim Conway / Harvey Kerman skits for the umpteenth time. You know the punchline is coming, and die laughing every time. Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984
An important part of the dialogue is if you flub a line, just keep going as if nothing happened. Bud & Lou often did that.

The Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY had a exhibit dedicated to this routine.
