It sadly closed many years ago but it was a cool place to go. First, after being shown to your table you went to a big glass doored freezer and chose the steak you wanted, the biggest was 22 oz (if memory serves me) then you would take it and go to an open grill and cook it yourself (or pay extra for them to cook it for you), then select whatever sides you wanted and by the time you got back to your table everything else that you had ordered was waiting for you. I tried to take my wife there in 1992 but found out the place had closed. I did take her to "Cattlemans" at the entrance to the stockyards a couple of times.
