Agree, but they still constructed it and put armed soldiers around the perimeter in a awful hurry. Their far more concerned about their own safety and than anyone living on the southern border. And now their shipping them all to the interior. With no good way to research these peoples backgrounds I have to wonder how many are human traffickers, cartel members and gang members.
