Here comes the Canadian invasion.

Recommended Posts

Tomorrow the U.S. land borders open up.  They said on the news that the nearby border towns and campgrounds on the Canadian side are filled up with the Canadian Snowbirds waiting for the 3:00 am opening.   So instead of the Snowbirds filtering down to Florida and Arizona over a period of time, they will now be hit with a single wave similar to the Oklahoma Land Rush.  Hang onto your hats.

I assumed this would be about geese. Not so much here in Arizona but they were a huge mess in Indiana.

Us Texicans don't lose much sleep over the northern border.

For western Canadians, Arizona is the choice. Phoenix in particular.

They have been in the news here in Washington the last week or so. Seems the border towns need them for

their monetary contribution to the local economy. Wear a mask though.

 ........ a mask ???

... are they gonna rob tha place ??

I don't know, Marshal. I am not Canadian. On my fishing trips to British Columbia I found some things less expensive,

and some not so.

As I understand it, pharmaceuticals are cheaper in both Canada and Mexico.

Can't say about Canada, but Mexico has caught on. My wife fell and bruised/broke some ribs Cabo a few years ago. Prices about choked me for some meds for her. Higher than here.

the good thing about the canadians is they cross the boarder legally - they go home [mostly] and they pay their own way not sucking our taxes , oh and we arent donsidering giving them more money for invading our country

Have a local buy it for you.

When I was stationed in Spain, rent and pharmaceuticals had 2 different prices. One for the natives and a higher price for the Americans.

The Canuck geese have been here for the past several weeks. Cute little critters, but man do they crap up a storm.

Farmers really wished those geese would stay up north. A flock could devastate a field of winter wheat in no time.

Pharma is cheaper anywhere.

Beer and cigarettes and tobacco products are way more expensive. I have a friend that lives in Montreal and can’t believe how much cheaper the prices are here, also on most food .
