John Kloehr Posted October 29, 2021 Share Posted October 29, 2021 I had an ID10T error some months ago. It was raining and my phone in my shirt pocket got wet. It is in a case, but the rain got past it. My touch screen was not working. Removed the case, dried everything. Now the touch screen works! Put the case back on, still works! Good, done... Calls are now going to voice mail, and no sound when texts come in. Checking software settings for a while, all settings seem to be correct. I google to find out how sound could be off. Worried about water damage. I find out there is a switch on the side of the phone! Either when drying or putting it back in the case, I flipped the switch. Flipped it back and sound works again.
