Phone question

If you get a phone call, and you look at your caller ID, and it says NUMBER BLOCKED, if after you hang up you were to hit redial (or call back or whatever the hell they call it), would your phone call that phone back? Or would the fact that the number was blocked prevent your phone from calling it back?

Someone once called me several  times from a “blocked number” a few years ago. I couldn’t call it back. I don’t believe I have received a “blocked number” call in 4 or 5 years now.

Blocked or Restricted #...you can not call back.

Spammers rights, I suppose.

Quite often Law Enforcement numbers are blocked for security purposes.

So can mere mortals like us block a number like that?

Just wondering.

Not sure I would do it but ya never know....
