Too fuzzy to make out for sure. Also looked at the size of the city, about 56 sq km. So maybe 8 km across. There is also the Goulburn Mulwaree Council area encompassing about 3,200 sq km, so close to 60 km across. With a probably irregular shape, could be associated with this.
