Breakfast Today

We went out for breakfast the first time in well over two years.  A place we've been meaning to go back to for five years or so.  VERY good food at reasonable prices.  But it gets crowded by 0730 and stays that way.  But it opens at 0600.  We were there at 0610.  

 

Anyway, had an enjoyable meal, waiting for the bill, wife asked, was told that the guy at the table next to us, who had left about 15 minutes before, had picked up our tab. Apparently he is a regular who does it from time to time.

 

A very pleasant surprise.

    Please acept my apology, as I was not trying to insinuate anything, just following up with a classic quote.

No offense taken. Sorry if I sounded gruff or upset.  I was just fleshing out details I didn't think needed to be in the initial post.

 

We will keep doing it when we can.
