BUT, I honestly don't know the attachment situation of the mag tube on the big boy. AND, I have seen some rifles that the end cap won't secure at the end of the tube without some modification to the end cap. Proceed with caution. Call me and I can further explain about the end cap situation. Bad Bascomb, SASS # 47,494 Posted August 23, 2021 Share Posted August 23, 2021 Just got out of my brand new Golden Boy .22 (Henry replaced a failed GB on warranty, even though I was 2nd owner). Did the soft-stroke mod, blue-printed the bolt dimensions, and am creating a spacer for the lever to prevent bending, as shown in your latest video.
