To raise money for his children's charity camp, he sells these personally autographed caps on his website. The hats cost $40. It'll cost you over $50 by the time you pay taxes and shipping. I was surprised that China now makes far more automobiles than the US. Try to find American made clothes or shoes. Very difficult if you can find them at all. Fact of life in the 21st Century.
