Silver Sam, SASS #34718L
I don't shoot WB too much anymore, but I do have several lbs. of WST powder that I need to use up at some point. And I'm not finding much Load info for it on 38 spl................ Anyone using WST in their 38's with 105 or 125 gr. bullets ???
Garrison Joe, SASS #60708
I'd start with 3.8 grains WST and work down until you get unburned powder. WST loads about like 231, but can only handle the lower half of the velocity range that 231 does. In straight wall pistol cartridges. Then again, folks who ARE shooting WB might just have some Clays or Red Dot or TiteGroup they can spare in a trade for WST! good luck, GJ

Lonesoms Al SASS37893
In a 2003 Winchester load manual it has 3.3 -3.7 for a 158gr.SWC. I have loaded 3.5 behind a 130 gr. RNFP for years ans no problem.
