I generally use my BP lube for wax bullets and it is a similar recipe, but without the petroleum based grease ( I use vegetable oil instead). However, a word of caution here to anyone shooting wax bullet indoors to provide adequate ventilation, as primers are one of the primary sources of lead exposure for us shooters. Kid Shane, SASS #40660 Posted August 3, 2021 Share Posted August 3, 2021 Wax bullets are very easily purchased in bulk and are used by both CFDA and WFDA fast draw shooters. You can also buy cases that allow you to drop in shotgun primers which fall out after use and are easy to reload over and over.
