Trigger Mike
I asked my 16 year old what his first pistol would be if the laws changed and he can buy at 18. His reply was the S & W 325 thunder ranch 45acp revolver. I don't blame him.
Pat Riot
It sure looks to me like you have raised that young man right! That would be a fine revolver to own.
Forty Rod SASS 3935
On his 18th birthday I was in Vegas visiting my family and my grandson asked if I would give him a ride. We went to very fine gun shop and he bought a "starter" shotgun. Not a tactical piece, but a 12 gauge Maverick pump gun suitable for hunting and useable for self defense if it should be needed. He also got a hunting license "just in case" he ever got time off to use it, and his girlfriend gave him two boxes of shells for it. For his 20th birthday he bought an SKS carbine that I got from a friend of mine. I wasn't the hunting rifle he wanted but it was what he could afford and it came with 600 rounds of surplus ammo. Next March he will get the Remington 700ADL in .308 that he is saving for and will likely sell the SKS. He's planning ahead for BD 21 and say he wants "a .45 auto like yours, Grandpa." Makes me warm all over. I justmay go to Vegas and buy him one.
