My wife cooked some up tonight and didn't fry them. Sorta. She got a skillet, melted some butter until hot, threw in some fresh rosemary. Seasoned the fillets on both sides with lemon pepper and garlic pepper and seared them. As Arthur would say, it didn't suck.
