Hey bass fisherman

Been catching some nice bass in our tank (pond for you non-Texicans) lately. My wife cooked some up tonight and didn't fry them. Sorta. She got a skillet, melted some butter until hot, threw in some fresh rosemary. Seasoned the fillets on both sides with lemon pepper and garlic pepper and seared them. As Arthur would say, it didn't suck. Never had bass any way but fried (not counting sea bass) but it sure was good!
