For a cowgirl (wolf whistles), fer you pard’,  you’ll need sunblock, and we’ll need Stevie Wonder’s glasses….  and you’ll have to watch for hot brass too….
but who are we to judge nowadays.   Better off with a Highlander Kilt….
it’s a mixed up world, except for Lola….

Outlawed Items:

- Short sleeve shirts (male competitors only)

SH Page 4

I guess you could if you identified as a female during the shoot.

But rules: "Age, gender, and residency are all to be confirmed/determined by the declaration on the individual’s state issued driver’s license or ID."

So can't just do it for a shoot. Need to find a long-sleeve version.

Not good for B-Western or CC.   On the bright side maybe you could start a new category “Completely Inappropriate Gender Confused Cowboy or Maybe Cowgirl”, may have to work on the name a bit though :D

That outfit has not been approved for those classified as male at birth........

In seriousness, I suspect it would be less comfortable than light cotton w/ long sleeves -- that's coming from someone who works long hours most summer days in 105+ F Central CA  heat.  ( But ours is usually low humidity heat, which is a huge difference.  )

Somehow I doubt if that outfit would be of any benefit in a high humidity location. And therefore would not be eligible at banquets.

Imis  No I aint wearint it
