Remember it takes 9 months for a baby so the late March shutdown babies didn't count as biths until the last 2 weeks of 2020. The local hospital has hired several new nurses for the baby boom. Covid REALLY has no effect. Children who felt "they didn't ask to be born" and didn't recieve the upbringing they felt entitled to, on the other hand, has dropped the birth rate considerabley.
