The open links were pulled thru this gizmo that superheated it to near white hot and basically forge welded the links together in fractions of a second. I think the gorilla uses the same screwdriver for the revolvers ....... you can see the screwdriver at timemark 1:30 in the revolver video ..... note the shank of the screwdriver ; obviously had much use .....
