County Health officer mandates are tied to this, so they would expire also. Il Douche says C19 is still on the books, so the state of emergency stays in place. Since then the larger stores have slowly taken down their signs. Still lots of people wearing them. Apparently, despite the release of fauchi's emails after the FOIA judge said so hasn't gotten much attention. In the store we shop they have a flea market isle with stuff marked way down. Last trip they had two shelves about 6' long with liter size pump bottles of disinfectant @ $1.00 each. Hand sanitizer equality marked down. Mask in a big hopper for 50c. They had a sign in entry to get your free Covid shot walk up. I'm assuming in pharmacy but I didn't see any kind of line. When you edit you can also change the title of your thread. The reopening is still in place. Comrade Newsom wants his “emergency powers” to remain in place so he doesn’t want to cancel the “state of emergency”, as bgavin said above. Of course there is no mention of mask mandates or the lack thereof on the CDPH (CA dept of public health) website. Something else I found to be very Soviet-like is the fact that proof of vaccination will need to be provided for any and all large events…even though there are no “Vaccination Passports” required. When the emergency expires, so do the county mandates. Masonic lodges state-wide are locked down with onerous mandates passed down by the state. The expiration of these on June 15 was going to allow us to reopen our lodges in a normal fashion. This remains up in the air, now that Ill Douche has reneged on surrendering his dictatorial powers. His wording tells me as long as C19 is on the books, he will maintain a state of emergency. He has enacted no less than 47 executive orders (so far) under these dictatorial powers. So far, I have not heard nor read anything about the lockdown mandates being removed. Yes, I know I can change the title. So far, there is no need to do so. No lock down, no mask except when you first walk in. Most of the businesses have Mask Required signs at the door. I have zero desire to frequent any venue such as Disneyland, airplanes, parades, etc where there is a high density human population. I assume you come to that shoot some where near San Luis Obispo.. where the summer temps are nice and cool. Have not been there, but I understand it is one of the nicest shoots of the summer in CA.
