Wondering.. .310 Greener or .310 Cadet

Anyone here have one and reload for it..I found one and I was wondering how people like the cal.  and what is it good for?

They are a very neat old milsurp if you like single shots and milsurps. I have two, both sadly rechambered, a .32-20 and a .357 mag. They have the cute kangaroos on the recvrs. The .32-20 has the original sights but uses a homebrewed case [which uses a .321 bullet]  as the bullet of a .32-20 is way undersized. The .357 has no irons but has a scope. Both are very good shooters and with the right load the .357 could be a handy little deer rifle. Otherwise they are nice varmint/ range toys.

I found one set of .310 dies almost $300.00.

That’s a lot Tex, over half of what I’ve got in either of my rifles. My understanding is that the ammo is loaded so light that once fired brass can be deprimed, reprimed, charged and the bullet seated by hand without using sizing dies. I’ll send you a pm in a bit. 
 Just tried to pm you and can’t. I don’t know if my severely expanded .32-20 brass will work in your .310 rifle. It would be close. This is my 32-20 blown out and sized in a 30 carbine die.
