Allie Mo, SASS No. 25217 Posted April 29, 2021 Share Posted April 29, 2021 We had Surprise Rolls. Before Hubby became allergic to gluten, I made them with French Rolls. Now, I use GF Chibatta Rolls. They are rolls (cut a plug out and smash them) stuffed with ground beef, green bell pepper, red onion, pimento, chopped olive, tomato sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, and grated cheddar.
