Cliff Hanger #3720LR
During my years as a pilot, I have had more than on FAA examiner tell me, "Duct Tape is NOT FAA Approved." I was flying hot air balloons at the time. Asked why. The response was, the Duct Tape is heavy and it is stronger than the balloon envelop fabric. I knew of several balloon pilots that probably had a hundred to two hundred pounds of Duct Tape on their balloon holding them together until the next biannual inspection. Strut is Aluminum, If he would have tried to straighten it completely, it would have broke in two.

Four-Eyed Buck,SASS #14795
Left wing might have some increased drag, there. Might have to compensate in flight.
