The county I live in just officially announced it is now a 2A sanctuary county and our Sheriff signed a proclamation stating the Sheriff's Department would not obey or enforce any new law or order that violates the 2A. The county ordinance specifically mentioned laws concerning weapons, magazines or ammunition legal as of 1-1-21 will remain legal. The trend is moving State wide. I hope Indiana joins the 2A Sates soon.

Our Governor made Arizona a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary State on the 6th of April this year. Yavapai County, where I live was designated as a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary County last February. It's time for all 50 states to take the pledge to be Second Amendment Sanctuary States, but I know that will never happen.

My opinion is that the further you move into the great plains, the more places allergens can blow in from...

We had no allergies while living at the beach in San Diego.
However, living in that zoo is too high a price to pay for no allergies.
We still own a beach house there, but will never live there again.. too crazy for us.

My opinion is that the fine upstanding Sheriff and PD departments that are a major hindrance to gun confiscation is why the left is waging all out war on PD's right now.  They'll use the justice department to examine racial quotas to "find" that your department is systemically racist and bring suit against you.  They'll force out or make to comply any department that doesn't think the way they want them to.  Ultimately, they'll outlaw local and state PD's entirely or roll them under their version of the SS.  just seems to be what the tea leaves are reading these days...  The more people know what's going on the harder it is for them to get done everything they want to do.  Sanctuary States, upholding state's rights, getting the power grabbers out of office, standing up to the mob in spite of the consequences, these are things we can do.

Kansas is also a Second Amendment sanctuary state, the law signed back in 2013. There are however a few tweaks that could be made to strengthen the Kansas 2nd Amendment Protection Act but there's no way that's going to happen under our socialist moron governorette right now.

States and counties had better take notice when the federal government pushes their confiscation and "hell yes, we're going to take your AR..." plans too far. It will be up to the counties and States to prevent 1000 Wacos or Ruby Ridges from happening like this administration seems to want. Sad but true.
