Bad news:

I went by the local Academy the other day, asked if they had any primers.  "No, got some large pistol yesterday but the're all gone."

Good news:

Clerk looked in the shipping box, there about 25 loose primers in the bottom.  He said "You can have these."  He put them in a little plastic bag and I put them in my          jacket pocket and happily left the store.

Bad news:

Wife washed the jacket, primers got wet.

Good news:,

After letting them dry overnight, I put one in a .45 Colt case, loaded it into the conversion cylinder for my '60 Army and dropped the hammer.  A satisfying POP                 happened and flame came from the end of the barrel.

Let's not blame the wife let's blame Pulp for not taking the primers out of his pocket!:P

 "the wringer" ....... I remember those .....

.... signed "Flat Hand" Bill.

My cousin got his arm stuck in a wringer washer when he was a kid and had a huge weird spot/scar his whole life!

There was a poem once about a girl who leaned too close to a wringer. Wish I could find it, because it was hysterical.

My Mama went to school with a girl whose arms got drug into the wringer when she was very young.

Broke both elbows.

They healed stiff, the girl had about a 20 degree bend to both arms ... all the time.

Primers in the dryer might have been interesting.

Percussion caps in the vacuum cleaner are attention getting.

Don’t ask.

Some days you win, some days you lose, and other days you can't win for losing.

You know you shot the only good primer out of the batch, the rest will be squibs at a big match that you waited months to shoot at and do well.

Naw, Jabez had a bunch soaked as well.

After they dried, he reported they all worked.
