WOLFY Posted April 3, 2021 Share Posted April 3, 2021 I have a couple Navy Arms S&W No 3 Ubertis but neither have a rear sight like this one. Anyone ever hear of someone modifying their S&W clones this way? Also, will this prevent me from shooting this at a match? Looks adjustable to me. SHB p.35 The model pictured appears to have an adjustable rear sight like the "Laramie", which may be used in all Age Based cats and BW...but is not legal for any category requiring fixed sight revolvers (e.g. Duelist, Gunfighter, and the BP categories) The top latches/sights are apparently interchangeable on some of the Uberti S&W No. 3 models. If it's not truly adjustable (up/down/left/right), IMO, it would be considered FIXED (legal in ALL categories). Solder or Loctite would keep from loosening or losing that screw.
