Chas B. Wolfson, SASS #11104
A good friend just did some trading to get what he wanted. In the deal is a P89DC in stainless. It comes with the factory case and three fifteen round mags. The gun has been shot but I highly doubt more than one mag worth of ammo. All three mags show absolutely no wear as the pistol itself. Could anyone here give me an idea of what the gun is worth in todays market? I am thinking it would make a good truck gun. Thank you for your time. Cholla
A few years ago they sold for $250-$300. I don't know what they are going for in todays' market. Full-sized metal 9mm have fallen out of favor. I would think your gun came from the Prescott plant as my wife used to work on that line back in the early 1990s.
sassnetguy50
The flood of polymer pistols has helped these old metal frames. A shooter grade used to sell for $200-250 here. Now they are $350-400. An prestine example should be worth an extra $100.
