I wear 38 or 40 jeans, and it fit in the middle for me. Holster and double mag pouches are from Mernickle, and has a Triple K cartridge holder that holds twelve .44 or .45 rounds. Dropped the price a little. If you want to do Wild Bunch, all that's missing is a stainless 1911 with elk grips.
