The Bump Stock is not a machines gun.

 

Nothing in the ruling prevents Congress from passing legislation banning them.

 

The lower court erred in not granting the requested injunction to stay the ban, that decision is reversed; The reversal applies at minimum to the plaintiffs, but no broader than the four states covered by this district court.

 

With that guidance (limited injunction, and a finding of fact that a Bump Stock is not a machine gun), the lower court must retry the case.
