TN Mongo, SASS #61450
I just upgraded from Endowment Life to a Patron Life membership today. It was a reduced rate of $350. If there's ever been a time to help support 2nd Amendment rights, it's now.

I also just joined the GOA (Gun Owners Of America)... Another great organization. Going to join my Local Rifle Association as well again... As I have let my membership there lapse. Waxahachie Kid #17017 L
I upgraded mine a few weeks ago. No, the N.R.A. isn't perfect...because it is made up of imperfect human beings. If someone wants to only join a perfect organization, I say, don't join it....leave it perfect. The more support we give the various 2nd Amendment rights organizations, the better it will be, for our sport, and for the freedoms for our offspring. I belong to four. It's your move. or...not. Smokey Bandit
Same here (sort of) in January I upgraded from life to patriot life. I agree that it is essential to support those who are fighting for me.
Pee Wee #15785
How does it work after the bankrupt filling in New York? Been scared to give money with all that came down. It dropped out of the news so I have been waiting to see all the fallout.

Waxahachie Kid #17017 L
As I understand it, they are re-incorporating here in Texas, and not moving down here lock, stock, and barrel (pardon the pun). They will still have the NRA museum, and a large presence back up that way. They wanted a climate that is pro 2nd Amendment, and with our governor, and attorney general, and the Texas Legislature, they have it. The Texas Legislature convenes/meets every other year, instead of every year, so even the conservative government we have, down here, is limited to making mistakes every other year...unless the governor calls a special session, in the off year, that is. The NRA will have an office down here, and staff. Might as well be incorporated in a place that wants you, instead of being in a place filled with idiot socialists, that don't want you...(my opinion). W.K. Mud Marine,SASS#54686 Life
The NRA has been great over the decades. I became a Benefactor Member in 1958. I am a Life Member of three state Associations plus some of the new outfits. I donate every year to the NRA. The NRA has bullseye, PPCR, supports my instructor efforts, hunting, publishes excellent magazines, has youth shooting and lots more. I made my family and grandchildren Life Members. IMHO, it's certainly time to leave New York. We'd welcome them here in Idaho as would Wyoming.
Silver Creek Jack
Glad they finally made the move to Texas, great organization and one we need badly especially now! SCJ
John Barleycorn, SASS #76982
The NRA caved on bump stocks. They green lighted the ban. After years of “it’s not the hun it’s the nut pulling the trigger” suddenly the bump stock (that east even used in the LV shooting) is evil and makes rifles machine guns after ATF said they don’t. The threw SlideFire a legal and legitimate company under the bus.

High Spade Mikey Wilson
Darn. I'm an Endowment Life member. I just mailed them a $100 donation last week. If I had known about the special Patron Life upgrade I'd have done the $350 upgrade instead.
Chief Rick
I need to upgrade my wife to Life. I don't get the emails with specials for her so I haven't done it yet.
