Rattlesnake Slim
Beautiful work. He was just saying Wednesday how much he was looking forward to getting these.
Buckshot Sheridan
Took a couple extra days. Work sent me out of town for a week at the last minute, and I proceeded to break an eye off a needle sending it right into the end of my thumb. Made stitching a bit slower process for a few days. Buckshot Sheridan
A lined belt takes about 6-8 hours to stitch, cartridge loops increase it from there. A lined holster about 4. Unlined holster goes quite a bit faster.
Singin' Sue 71615
Shanley cuts and stitches by hand as well. I can vouch for the time involved...but worth it! As for the broke off needle...I can vouch for that too! OUCH!

Buckshot Sheridan
My intent is to make gunleather suitable for our game that looks like it could have just come off the streets of Tombstone or Dodge City in the 1870’s or 1880’s.
Ted Forrester
Beautiful work. Every time I see something like this, I'm reminded why I do metalwork, not leatherwork
