Here we are offering for sale a chocolate brown tooled double drop loop ("Buscadero" style) gun belt with two matching holsters that was donated to the club by Possum Skinner, one of our members (thank you Possum!). Now is your chance to own a rig once worn by the legendary Possum Skinner! The rig has two numbers stamped on the inner side: 42 and 45, and has .45 caliber loops. There also is what's left of a bar code label near one end on the inner side that reads 42" DBL. Following the contour of the belt with a seamstress measuring tape the first hole is 44 1/2" and the last hole is 49 1/2" from the end of the buckle. This is the same rig sold by Historical Emporium new for $179.95 (see copy of their webpage showing this rig at the end of the photos of the actual rig). $100 + shipping. The belt is stamped 42 and there is the remains of a bar-coded sticker where you can still read "42" double" on it, and Historical Emporium sells these by hip size, not waist size, but when I stretch a measuring tape from the end of the buckle to the holes, following the contour of the belt, the first hole is 44 1/2" and the last hole is 49.5". There are 6 holes so there is no center hole. I will clarify this in the description. Thanks for asking about it. We take PayPal or personal checks. Just at the moment I'm looking to see if it will fit me, you swoop in and grab it out from under me. Well, it does not fit me so no harm no foul and you were first anyway. Enjoy! Not only that, you actually had a conversation going with the seller to figure out the size. Geez! Not only did you swoop in and take it away before I had a chance, you did so hours ago!
