Evil pistol grip

Based on fienstein evil list it seems to focus on a pistol grip.  It even mentions pistol grips on semiauto shotguns.  That means a semiauto benelli with a pistol grip is more evil than the same shotgun without a pistol grip.  I just don't understand their reasoning.

Feinstein and Co. know next to nothing about firearms. When they put together a list last time (for the '94 AWB) they literally took a copy of Janes Infantry Weapons and picked out the guns that looked like assault weapons to them. That's why they overlooked the Ruger Mini-14, despite the fact that functionally it's the same as an AR-15.

Now they're working on Ban 2.0, and they're still just as dumb as the last time. They can't define what makes an AR-15 a killing machine so they're pointing out physical characteristics instead. It reminds me of the old Nazi propaganda posters that tried to identify Jews by their appearance.

That's the US Congress. Trying to find intelligence, reason or logic among them is like......Well, trying to find an honest person in Congress.

Their touch stone is "Gunz-R-Bad" and their reasoning is to just create a crack to start a wedge in.  Once the wedge is set they can continue to drive it in and split off all our Bill of Rights protections.

Because there is no reasoning

They are traitors to the constitution they swore a oath to uphold and defend.

She has taken the California bill and modified it. She is not smart enough to come up with things in her own. It took a committee of dumasses and city dwelling puppet-heads to generate the first one here in Kaleepornia. Then the intelligent citizens found the loopholes and work arounds so the dwellers of Costa Oeste Socialista rewrote it to close loopholes and punish those that created the loopholes.

Now she is touting her Nazi-like bill, again. It amazes me that she and others like her emulate those that wanted people like her murdered and erased from the surface of the planet.

Doesn't matter what they ban.  Just getting the camel's nose under the tent.  They need to establish the fact that have the power to do so and, that you can't stop it.  They don't quit.  It's not a discussion about safety.  Don't try "reaching across the aisle" to get something done.  You're just being suckered along toward confiscation and criminalization.  Don't it make you sick?

I just yesterday had a calm conversation with an anti-gun friend.  We talked about civilian AR's and AK's which he believes should be banned.  We got past the looks of the gun and during the operation of these rifles, I pulled out a WW2 war trophy, a P-08 German Luger.  Explained that this over 110 year old design works functionally the same as an AK or AR semi-auto.   Magazine fed, pulled trigger, etc.  We discussed how difficult would it be to have the 2nd Amendment repealed.   He thought repealing the 2nd Amendment would be near impossible.

Then, we talked about mass shootings and the use of these rifles.  Finally, I showed him the FBI chart linked below showing weapons used in homicides.  Specifically, rifles of all types verses knives, clubs, and feet/fists.  My final question to him was how much impact will banning a type of rifle have?  He admitted he'd have to think about our talk.

most of the "bans" to our freedom are exactly what the nazis used , and the communists , its all about taking from someone else to satisfy your end game of dominance , so - i apply both 'names' to the american left , if it walks like a duck ....................

DiFi was asked after the Clinton AWB was passed why she picked specifically AK's, AR's, MAC's, ect.  Her answer was if I could have got enough support to get all guns she would have included them in he bill.

Their reasoning is very simple, free criminals, open the borders, bankrupt the country and be on hand to "fix" the problem(s) that they caused. Simple Rules For Radicals principles in full display. The stupid and uninformed don't get it and are grouped under the term "useful idiots." The speed of attacks on multiple fronts has  apparently achieved the intended response of paralysis among the Republicans. They say "Squirrel" and their is enough distraction going on to entirely miss the things that really matter.

Two years ago voters here in WA state overwhelmingly approved Initiative 1639 which regulates ALL semi-auto rifles and defines them as assault rifles. There is now additional paperwork and an onerous waiting period. Three weeks ago I bought a Marlin Model 60 .22LR at Cabelas. Yes, it's an assault rifle. I still haven't been able to pick it up because the police background check hasn't come back on it. If it doesn't come back after four weeks I have to do the paperwork all over again!

So yes, the end game is a ban or strict regulation of ALL firearms. To the anti-gunners they are ALL killing weapons.
